When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays or periods of high volume. Fulfillment times may vary for made-to-order items—please refer to the product detail page for specific timelines.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Toronto. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any courier delays that may occur during transit. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your order, including product and size, before completing checkout. For more details, refer to our information page.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. 

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer general exchanges. However, we will accommodate size exchanges if requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for shipping and any related duties. 

How do I know what size to order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post. For international shipments, the package will be transferred to your local courier once it enters your country.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Yes. Customs and import duties are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated. For U.S. orders, duties will be calculated and paid upfront at checkout. For all other international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees upon delivery. Failure to pay Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) charges will result in your order being forfeited without refund.
