Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 3–4 business days (excluding holidays and periods of high volume).

Please note that some products have extended processing times, including made-to-order or limited items. If your item requires additional time, the estimated processing window will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing these items will ship once all items are ready.

All orders are shipped from Toronto. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any courier delays that may occur during transit. 

We’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your order, including product and size, before completing checkout. For more details, refer to our customer care page.

All sales are final. 

We do not offer general exchanges. However, we will accommodate size exchanges if requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for shipping and any related duties.

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from Toronto, Canada via trusted carriers including DHL, Purolator, and UPS. For international shipments, delivery will be handled by the selected carrier in your country.

Yes. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery, as these charges are not collected by us at checkout. Due to the constant fluctuations in import and export taxes worldwide, we currently do not charge these fees in advance.

This applies to all orders, including those shipped to the United States. Any customs or import fees must be paid directly upon delivery. Please note that failure to pay these charges may result in your order being forfeited without refund.
